  • For remote or rural areas, delivery may take up to 7 business days.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders require optional verification, which may add 1-2 additional days to the delivery time.

Shipping Charges:

  • Free shipping on orders above INR 499

  • A standard shipping fee of INR 49 will be charged for orders below INR 499

Shipping Partners:

  • We collaborate with reliable courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery of your products.

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order is shipped, a tracking link will be shared via email or SMS, allowing you to monitor the shipment status in real-time.

Delays and Exceptions:

  • Delivery timelines may be affected by public holidays, curfews, strikes, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances.

  • We will notify you in case of significant delays.

Incorrect Address:

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete. Luxury Prime is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Return & Refund Policy

At Luxury Prime, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with our comprehensive return and refund policy.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it.

  • An unboxing video is mandatory for all return requests. This helps us validate and process your return efficiently.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Certain personal care and hygiene products are non-returnable.

  • Clearance or sale items are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Return Process:

  1. Send an email to support@luxuryprime.in with the following details:

    • Order number

    • Reason for return

    • Unboxing video attached

  2. Once your return request is approved, our courier partner will pick up the product from your address.

  3. After receiving the returned item, it will undergo an inspection by our quality team.

Refund Process:

  • Upon successful inspection, refunds will be initiated.

  • The refund amount will be credited to your original payment method or bank account within 7-15 working days.

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

  • Exchanges are allowed within 48 hours of delivery.

  • An unboxing video is mandatory for exchange requests.

  • A flat fee of INR 149 will be charged for shipping in case of exchanges.

Cancellations:

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order or before dispatch.

  • Once dispatched, orders cannot be canceled.
