    • Orders will be dispatched only after successful verification.

    • Delivery times for COD orders may be delayed by 1 to 2 days due to verification.

  3. Online Payment Orders

    • Online payment orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days.

    • No verification is required, ensuring faster delivery times.

      • An unboxing video is mandatory for return approval. Ensure the video is clear and shows the product condition upon unboxing.

      • Once your return request is approved, our courier partner will arrange a pickup.

      • The product will be inspected upon receipt. If the product meets our return criteria, the refund process will be initiated.

      • Refunds are processed after successful product inspection and approval by our team.

      • The refund amount will be credited to your original payment method or bank account within 7 to 15 working days.

    4. Conditions for Returns and Refunds

      • Products with physical damage, missing parts, or any evidence of use will not be eligible for returns or refunds.
