    1. Return Policy

      • We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.

      • Returns are only accepted for products that are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

      • An unboxing video is mandatory for return approval. Ensure the video is clear and shows the product condition upon unboxing.

    2. Return Process

      • To initiate a return, contact our support team at support@luxuryprime.in or via WhatsApp at 6202734688 within 7 days of delivery.

      • Once your return request is approved, our courier partner will arrange a pickup.

      • The product will be inspected upon receipt. If the product meets our return criteria, the refund process will be initiated.

    3. Refund Policy

      • Refunds are processed after successful product inspection and approval by our team.

      • The refund amount will be credited to your original payment method or bank account within 7 to 15 working days.

    4. Conditions for Returns and Refunds

      • Products with physical damage, missing parts, or any evidence of use will not be eligible for returns or refunds.

      • Certain items such as perishable goods, intimate products, or custom orders may not be eligible for returns or refunds. These will be clearly marked on the product page.

      • You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before it has been dispatched, whichever is earlier.

      • Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation will not be possible.

      • Frequent cancellations may result in your account being blocked from future purchases and reported to other online platforms.

    2. Exchange Policy

      • Exchanges are allowed within 48 hours of delivery.

      • An unboxing video is mandatory for exchange approval to verify the product condition.

      • To request an exchange, send an email to support@luxuryprime.in with your order details and reason for exchange.

      • A flat shipping fee of ₹149 will apply for all exchanges.

      • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested product is unavailable, you may opt for a refund or choose another product of equal value.

    3. Exchange Process

      • Once your exchange request is approved, our support team will provide further instructions.

      • The original product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

      • Our courier partner will pick up the product for exchange. The new product will be dispatched after inspection of the returned product.

    4. Non-Exchangeable Items

      • Certain products, such as intimate items, perishable goods, and custom orders, may not be eligible for exchanges. Such items will be clearly marked on the product page.

    5. Exchange Timeline

      • The entire exchange process, from pickup to delivery of the replacement product, may take 7 to 10 business days, depending on location and availability.
